Kirk Rolph - Senior minister
Kirk Rolph is our Senior Minister. Kirk has served as New Hope’s Senior Minister since 2014. He had previously served as the Youth Minister since 2000. A 2003 graduate of Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, KY, Kirk has a deep passion to see people come to know Christ as their Savior and then deepen that relationship through personal Bible study, devotion and service. He loves fishing, bacon, playing guitar, mandolin and singing. Kirk and his wife Kirsten have three boys, Carson, Cooper, and Corbin.

Matthew Adamson - youth minister
Matthew Adamson is our Youth Minister. He is our newest staff member as he joined us in November 2021 after he graduated from Johnson University in 2020. He has previously served as intern/interim Family Minister at Leesburg Christian Church and Matthew is excited to be a part of the New Hope family. Matthew and his wife Sydney loves spending time outdoors, playing cards, music, and anything that is ministry related. We are excited for him to be on staff as he helps our youth and their families get HYPED about Loving God, Loving Others and Serving Both.

elder - jamie jolly
Jamie is married to Heather and they have two daughters, Bonnie and Faith. He has been serving faithfully as elder at New Hope since 2016.
elder - dean malott
Dean Malott is out newest elder, serving since 2026. Dean and his wife Jenny, along with their children, have been serving New Hope faithfully as long time members. We are thankful to have him join our leadership team.

Scott is married to Carrie and they have a daughter, Taylor and a son, Evan. He has been serving faithfully as elder at New Hope since 2016.
Deacons
Our deacons help serve the church by overseeing various ministries of the church and report back to the elders concerning those ministries.
